The Moreno Schmidt family settled in Campoamor in 1977 and have been residents of the area ever since. With a German mother, they frequently received visitors from Germany, making the search for holiday homes a natural part of their lives. And so, little by little, it all began. <\/p>

Since 1994, Moreno Schmidt Real Estate has been closely linked to Dehesa de Campoamor. Antonio Moreno, Matthias’s father, started the business from his own home and, in 1997, opened the office where it is currently located.
